Whilst working as the Lead Creative at BigCat in Birmingham I was responsible for supporting the new business team with concepts and solutions that would hopefully lead to client meetings where the agency could go through portfolio and introduce their people and services.
They wanted to approach Poundland – a large business based in the area so I created a concept I hoped would stand out and maybe lead to dialogue. I built the actual visual concept which also included the supporting copy, something I do on nearly all my projects to gain the right tone. This was packaged and sent a few days before a meeting with the prospective client. This was one of many ideas I had and certainly allowed us to be memorable. Some were successful and allowed doors to open and lead to new business, new clients and new projects for the agency.
